Oh boy, I’ve been on a journey testing out different white nail polishes to figure out which ones are the best in the market. I’ve tried OPI, NARS and Deborah Lippmann (in that order) and I don’t know which one is my favorite yet. Although I’m very satisfied with the ones I have, I still want to try a few more from Zoya, Essie, and Sally Hansen to get a better view.
I wasn’t planning on purchasing this one. I stumbled across it one day as I was browsing around Holt Renfrew; at first I was thinking no, I already have two great ones at home… but I didn’t need much convincing.
After trying this last night, I must say I’m very pleased with the results. The formula seemed a little thick, but it was very manageable. At first swipe it reminded me of NARS Ecume in terms of texture, but this was opaque in two coats and it dried down into a shiny finish. My only thoughts is that the brush could of been wider.
In terms of color, I would say this is a true white cream. It has a certain characteristic that makes it seem very bright. I think this color makes your hands look very polished and clean – no where near like that chalky, White-Out consistency.
If this is a color you’re curious about, I recommend you checking it out.
I’ve decided to go a little photo-heavy today. Hope you enjoy the extras!
After seeing all these pictures, what do you guys think?
