I find most sunscreens that I’ve tried make me feel really greasy after application, which makes me not want to wear any at all. I try to be as diligent I can with sun safety; I apply sunscreen on my face everyday – all year long, wear long sleeves and try to cover my skin up, and if I know I’ll be doing a lot of outdoor activities I will force myself to apply sunscreen all over my body.
I’ve been searching high and low for a good mineral base sunscreen – which is pretty hard to find since most of the sunscreens on the market tend to be chemical sunscreens, such as this one. I decided to give the SPF 15 a try, upon application I noticed it had a very familiar smell – like the Nexxus Therappe shampoo, or articifial bananas. The formula was very smooth, easy to spread, and applies clear on the skin. Once the product is fully absorbed into the skin you can feel a slight grittiness to the skin, but overall very tolerable.
